Kursen och kurslitteraturen är sedan 2011 helt uppdaterad med ny version och uppdelad i tre avsnitt.

Avsnitt ett fokuserar på allmänna resebyråkunskaper gällande reguljärflyg, hotell, rederi, tåg samt geografi med städer/flygplatsers internationella koder. Här behandlas också vikten av att arbeta med kunden i fokus. Samt andra viktiga områden där du bland annat lär dig att professionellt hantera en reklamation.

Avsnitt två är helt inriktad på tariffer/beräkningar samt uppbyggnaden av en flygbiljett och hantering vid olika ombokningar/ändringar. Detta system används av alla internationella flygbolag. Vi tränar på detta från tidigare tentamen med vikten på att kunna läsa av reguljära flygregler och konsten att rätt ta fram det bästa flygalternativet för kunden. Här finns även inspelade föreläsningar på Svenska att ta hjälp av från ditt distansklassrum.

Tredje momentet är att lära sig Amadeus bokningssystem med alla dess koder. Du lär dig successivt bygga upp en flygbokning från grunden med alla dess element. Ändringar, ombokningar samt prissättning.

Passenger Air Tariff Training Online

The Passenger Air Tariff online. The PAT online
 is essential for the study of the airfares and ticketing module of this course. 
It holds the airfares and fare rules you will need to practice the 
principles of fare construction and ticketing taught in this course.
